What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 dozen (12 pieces) per color and style.
How long does it take to process orders?
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Do you offer discounts for large bulk orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing—meaning the price per hat decreases as the quantity increases. For large order inquiries, please contact us here.
Do you sell to retail customers?
No, we exclusively serve wholesale customers.
What do I need to create a wholesale account?
To create a wholesale account, you’ll need valid business documentation. For customers located in Mexico, a valid ID is also required.
Can I request samples before placing a large order?
We do not offer samples at this time.

Customizations

Do you offer custom embroidery?
Yes, custom embroidery is available with a minimum order of 10 cases (120 dozen hats). Please note, the turnaround time for custom orders is typically 4 months from the date of payment.

Shipping

Can I use my own shipping method?
Yes, you may use your preferred shipping carrier. Please contact us here to arrange this option.
Is blind shipping available?
Yes, blind shipping is available upon request. After placing your order, please contact us so we can adjust the shipping origin.
Are shipping discounts available for large orders?
In order to maintain our competitive pricing, we do not offer discounts on shipping costs.
Can I pick up my order in person?
